As an academic institution, GEANHS prioritizes curriculum and instruction by ensuring that planned and implemented programs focus on quality delivery of education anchored on relevant and responsive curriculum.

Since its establishment in 1996, the school has catered to different types of learners including those with special needs. Moreover, GEANHS has honed students who excel in  various academic areas, sports, campus journalism, and the like.

In order to provide Emilians with customized education for their chosen career path, develop their innate intelligences, and address observed learning needs, GEANHS adapted and developed special curriculum programs appropriate for diverse learners.

To date, GEANHS implements two special programs: Special Education (SPED) and Special Program in Science, Technology and Engineering (STE).
