Proud GEANHS community is overflowing with gratitude as we extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mayor Alex Advincula  for his unwavering support and commitment to education.


School administrators, led by Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Jr., met with the Imus City Mayor earlier today to discuss the roofing project for the Entablado ng Karunungan.


This significant initiative, which will be generously funded by the City Government of Imus, will greatly improve our students' learning environment, providing a safe and conducive space for learners. 


We are immensely grateful for his visionary leadership and #AlagangAdvincula, which will help uplift our educational infrastructure.

GEANHS is proud to announce the successful completion of the rubberizing project for the floor of our covered court. This project reflects our continuous efforts to prioritize the school's learning environment for Emilians.

DepEd Tayo Imus City has taken an active role in ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of the National Learning Camp Assessment (NCLA) at General Emilio Aguinaldo NHS on June 22.


Ms. Naamah C. Mambalos, Division Testing Coordinator, closely monitored the assessment proceedings in GEANHS' three Testing Centers, ensuring adherence to the guidelines set by the Department of Education.


GEANHS' Parent Supervisor, Dr. Josephine P. Canlas, also provided valuable guidance and support to school administrators and teachers, addressing bottlenecks, issues, and concerns experienced during the testing process.


The SDO's active involvement ensured the integrity and reliability of the NCLA, ultimately benefiting the Grade 7 and 8 students as they demonstrated their knowledge in English, Math, and Science. 
The NLCA will continue until July 7 with an estimated 3, 885 examinees from GEANHS.

Emilians Embark on Deped's National Learning Camp Assessment Online Examinations

Grade 7 and 8 GEANHS learners eagerly commenced the first day of the online examinations for the Department of Education's National Learning Camp Assessment (NCLA) today.


Armed with determination and equipped with DepEd tablet PCs, students were able to tackle the assessments in various subjects with focus and enthusiasm from three testing centers located at the school's Online Hub.
The school administration led by the school principal, Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Jr., along with dedicated teachers, worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless online examination process earlier this week.

GEANHS held a comprehensive teachers' orientation on June 19, aimed at preparing teachers for the upcoming National Learning Camp Assessment (NLCA) for Grade 7 and 8 learners.


The orientation served as a platform to familiarize teachers with the assessment guidelines set by the Department of Education and equipped them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively guide their students through the assessment process.


Led by Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Jr., school principal, and Ms. Mary Ann N. Villareal, ICT Coordinator, the orientation provided teachers with an opportunity to clarify any doubts and seek guidance on technical matters.


As the NLCA approaches, GEANHS expresses its appreciation to all the teachers who actively participated in the orientation and continues to ensure that students are well-prepared for the assessment starting on June 22.


The NLCA will serve as pre-test for DepEd to determine the effectiveness of the National Learning Camp set to begin on July 24, which aims to address learning gaps among learners.

In an effort to recruit qualified educators, GEANHS conducted an open ranking and demo teaching event for Teacher I applicants on June 20. The event aimed to assess the teaching skills and potential of the candidates in a practical setting.


With a rigorous selection process in place, the school ensured transparency and fairness throughout the activity. The ranking committee sub-group, consisting of experienced Master Teachers and Head Teachers from different subject areas, carefully observed each candidate's ability to deliver quality education to students.


GEANHS looks forward to welcoming new educators who will join its mission of shaping young minds and reaffirm its culture of innovation for quality and excellence.

Volunteers from diverse sectors, including the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Philippine Coast Guard, Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Imus headed by Ms. Doris Sagenes, School Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA), and dedicated school personnel joined forces to restore and rehabilitate school facilities and sustain a positive learning environment for Emilian learners.

GEANHS demonstrated its unwavering commitment to safety and preparedness by joining the 2nd Quarter NationTo mark the commencement of Oplan 3Rs (Repaint, Repair, Rebuild), an opening program took place at GEANHS' covered court this morning.


The event gathered various stakeholders and school personnel, all united in their commitment to enhancing the learning environment and fostering a spirit of community involvement.


The program commenced with an Opening Prayer led by Mr. Armond Alivio from the English Department and the Welcome Address of Mr. Bob C. Belocura Jr., Adopt-a-School Coordinator.


During his inspiring message, Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso, GEANHS principal, expressed his gratitude to everyone present for their unwavering support and active participation in the initiative. It set the stage for a day filled with a collective desire to uplift the school community.


Representatives from different sectors, including volunteers from BJMP Imus and Philippine Coast Guard, parents, and school personnel, were in attendance, underscoring the significance of Oplan 3Rs.


Motivational messages from stakeholders, SPTA President Joenard C. Abella, and Mr. Arnel I. Candelaria, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, highlighting the importance of teamwork and

the transformative power of community engagement.

Following the recent magnitude 6.2 earthquake in Calatagan, Batangas at 10:19 AM today, the school's emergency response team timely activated established protocols to ensure everyone's security.


The recorded Intensity IV in the Province of Cavite prompted learners, teachers, and personnel to evacuate to designated safe zones, while school administrators coordinated with local authorities to assess the situation.


Classes have been suspended to further protect the safety of the school community.

Imus City Engineering Office and Schools Division Office of Imus City (SDOIC) conducted a comprehensive site inspection of the much-anticipated roofing project for Entablado ng Karunungan.


This project, made possible through the Special Education Fund from the City government, aims to provide a safer and more functional space for school activities and events.


We are grateful for the support of City Government of Imus and Mayor Alex "AA" Advincula in prioritizing our school's needs and investing in our students' creative endeavors.

ICT Coordinators of Imus City gathered at GEANHS' VIP Conference Room on Monday, June 5, to expand their knowledge and skills in the realm of Google technology-enhanced learning.


A team of esteemed guest speakers composed of Mr. Efren M. Silva, Mr. Adrian Luke Cruz, Ms. June Maog, and Mr. Hester Simon provided an insightful orientation on Google Certified Educator Certifications and the Be Internet Awesome program.


Participants were introduced to the latest tools and strategies for integrating technology effectively into the classroom, empowering students with digital literacy and responsible online behavior.


Together with SDO Imus City, GEANHS remains committed to equipping teachers with the necessary skills to navigate the digital landscape, fostering the development of 21st-century learners.

GEANHS participated in Imus City's 2023 Seal of Good Governance Regional Validation by showcasing the TEENIG Center, a dedicated facility for holistic teen and adolescent health.


Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Jr., school principal, underscored the TEENIG Center's focus on physical, mental, emotional, and reproductive health, creating a safe and inclusive space for teens to access essential health information and resources.


Joining the validators from DILG CALABARZON are heads of offices from the City Government of Imus, including Mr. Hertito V. Monzon from the Office of the City Administrator, Ms. Marisel Ramirez Cayetano of CDRRMO, Mr. Joseph Ryan V. Geronimo of DILG Imus, Ms. Maria Theresa C. Sañez of the Office on Population Development (POPDEV), and Engr. Christian Mervin S. Sarno from the City Engineering Office.


Through this initiative, GEANHS and the City of Imus reaffirms its commitment to nurturing the health and development of our future leaders.

In a bid to raise awareness and promote environmental stewardship, GEANHS conducted a Climate Change Symposium yesterday at the ICT Hub.


Mr. Jerry T. Del Mundo from the Imus City Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) engaged participants in impactful discussions that highlighted practical strategies to adapt to a changing climate and foster sustainable practices.


Spearheaded by the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), the educational event brought together students, teachers, and school administrators to explore the pressing issue of climate change and its far-reaching consequences.


The symposium serves as a testament to GEANHS' commitment to environmental education and nurturing environmentally conscious citizens.

GEANHS demonstrated its unwavering commitment to safety and preparedness by joining the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill this morning. Students, teachers, and personnel actively participated in the exercise, simulating evacuation procedures and practicing safety protocols.


In partnership with the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO), the drill served as a valuable opportunity to educate and empower our school community with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively during seismic events.


By actively participating in this drill, we are better equipped to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone within our school premises.

GEANHS and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) held a coordination meeting last Monday to discuss the implementation of Oplan 3Rs Bayanihan sa Paaralan.


This collaborative initiative aims to repair, repaint, and rebuild school facilities for an enhanced learning environment. The project will also include the PNP, Army, and other members of the community.


Oplan 3Rs exemplifies the spirit of community cooperation and underscores our collective dedication to providing quality education.
