With innovation embedded in its school culture, General Emilio Aguinaldo National High School (GEANHS) welcomed DepEd Region IV-A CALABRZON's Regional Monitoring of Approved Basic Education Fund (BERF)-Funded Papers for the 8th Cycle on September 25, 2023.

The monitoring was led by Ms. Jonalyn Pattalitan, Education Program Specialist II from DepEd Region IV-CALABARZON, accompanied by Ms. Jenielyn A. Sadang, Senior Education Program Specialist from the Schools Division Office of Imus City.

GEANHS teachers, Ms. Hazel Allen T. Ordoñez, Ms. Antonia B. Dumalagan, and Ms. Marycon Carmela G. Mella, took center stage as the authors of the BERF-approved research titled "Curriculum Data Management as a Forecasting Mechanism to Save Students at Risk of Dropping Out."

Ms. Pattalitan commended the potential of the research and its innovation. "This innovation offers a promising solution sa isa sa mga madalas na problema ng ating mga paaralan. Ito ang goal ng research--to create solutions for challenges encoutered by our teachers and learners," Ms. Pattalitan said.

The research is made possible through the unrelenting support of GEANHS' school head, Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Jr., who reiterated that GEANHS champions educational excellence and innovation that will shape the future of education.

Also present during the monitoring where GEANHS' Curriculum Chairpersons, Ms. Blessie Samson, Ms. Annamarie Ricafort, Ms. Rubie Tagle, and Ms. Geraldine Elomina, who extensively supports the implementation of the curriculum data management site.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: Emilian learners, teachers, and school administrators celebrated "𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙜𝙤 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤" (Proclamation No. 241, s. 1993) with pride and enthusiasm. From September 18 to 21, our school community showcased the beauty of Filipino heritage through attire, highlighting our unique identity and traditions.

Ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS-DOST), aabot sa 4,569 tonelada kada araw ng sulfur dioxide gas ang ibinuga ng Bulkang Taal, na nagdudulot ng 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗴 𝗼 𝘃𝗼𝗴.


Narito ang ilang impormasyon ukol sa vog, ang mga posibleng epekto nito sa ating kalusugan, at paano nating mapoprotektahan ang ating sarili mula rito.

Our school received a desktop computer from the Ministry of Education and Jeolabukdo Office of Education in the Republic of Korea, through the Cavite Provincial Information and Communication Technology Office.


Mr. Michael B. Zuñiga, who represented our school in the Korean e-Learning Improvement Cooperation (KLIC) Online Program, secured this brand new desktop computer for our school.

The Water Bonsai Livelihood Program launch held today, September 16, equipped Proud GEANHS community members with valuable sustainable livelihood skills.


The workshop led by Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Jr., school principal, provided hands-on experience for Emilian learners and teachers, who embraced the art of water bonsai making with enthusiasm. Participants emerged from the workshop with newfound knowledge and their own water bonsai. 


The activity is proof of GEANHS' efforts to collaborate with community partners to empower young individuals with eco-consciousness to create a livelihood and make a positive impact on the environment.
